Professor Christopher Gomez, director of the Sabo Laboratory and member of the IMARC Research Centre has been presented with an award by Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, for his contribution to sustainability and disaster risk research, education and contribution.
Furthermore, he was also thanked for helping fund a new initiative in precision agriculture using drones and multi-spectral remote sensing to improve sustainable and resilient agriculture in Indonesia.
